For over 20 years, I’ve been walking with people through some of the most confusing and painful health journeys — as a holistic health practitioner, functional medicine provider, and acupuncturist. I’ve helped hundreds of clients uncover the root causes of chronic fatigue, autoimmunity, hormonal collapse, cognitive decline, and mystery symptoms.

But no matter how many herbs, protocols, or tests we ran…
 the healing never truly stuck until we addressed what they were breathing in every single day:
